Poplars Victory (aka Victor) is a pure bred New Forest Pony colt, born on March 19 2024. He is out of one my best mares, the imported Kantje's Pearl (by Borgerhof's Orion), and is by the popular Dutch sire Sulaatik's Vingino. Victor is a big, healthy boy and is a high quality pony. We are thrilled to have such a super foal born on US soil!
Victor is beautiful bay with an eye-catching face. He is expected to mature to large pony size (around 14.2). Victor is a bold, confident little guy with a curious personality and a friendly demeanor. His parents both contain the full package - excellent temperament, movement and ridability - and we expect the same from Victor.
This colt would make an excellent stallion prospect with his imported bloodlines, correct conformation and lovely gaits. He will be registered with the New Forest Pony Society of North America. However, he is also bred to be fantastic dressage prospect and already has a canter to die for. New Forest Ponies are known for their versatility and Victor would also be an interesting prospect for jumping, eventing, driving and as simply a family pony.
